Flooring systems for finishers
Did you know that we make prefabricated reinforced concrete slats for finishing pigs as well as farrowing sows? Always in compliance with all current regulations on animal welfare. For the production of the slats, we prefer concretes with a high resistance class (Rck 40 N/mm² or higher) and suitable for exposure class XA2. Our reinforced concrete slats guarantee maximum resistance and solidness.
The main characteristics are:
- Height: 10, 12 and 18 cm
- Slot: 18 and 20 mm
- Maximum length: 360 cm
- Width: 50, 60 and 100 cm
- Combination of solid and slatted flooring or solid flooring
- Reduction at the ends to meet level needs
The CE certification of the production is related to the EN12737:2004 + A1:2007 standard and it guarantees a high quality of the final product.
