In mechanical ventilation, the air exchange is obtained by means of specially designed fans and adequate air inlets, right positioned in the most suitable areas. The advantage consists in the possibility of adjusting, in a precise and automatic way, the air replacement flow rates regardless of the external climatic conditions.

The correct distribution in the environment depends on the arrangement of the air inlets and on the air input speed; for this it is necessary that these openings could be adjusted to adapt them to the necessary changes in flow in the shelter.
This is normally entrusted in any case to the control of a control unit equipped with a temperature-sensitive probe, which provides to increase and decrease the fan speed according to the desired environmental temperature and the weight of the animals present.
In the control unit it is also possible to set the minimum fan speed in order to ensure the minimum irrepressible ventilation.

PAD COOLING SYSTEM
The Pad-Cooling system is an efficient air cooling and humidification system used in the departments where highly efficient cooling is required, such as the delivery, gestation and boar sectors.
Thanks to a pumping station and through a pipe, water is circulated which, starting from a collection tank, is sent in an upper channel inside which, flowing, it is distributed and through the special holes it falls down. inside the evaporative panels, wetting them; The air entering the rooms, which are put in depression by means of fans, is obliged to pass through the evaporating panels; some of the water evaporates due to hot, dry air passing through the PAD. The rest of the water is discharged into the pumping station via a lower water collection channel.
The heat required for evaporation is taken from the air itself. The air, after passing through the PAD, is then cooled and humidified simultaneously without any external energy source for the evaporation process: a completely natural cooling process.
The PAD-COOLING system is naturally automated and managed by the microclimate control unit which, depending on the parameters to be obtained, regulates the functioning of the system.
This type of system is used in very hot and humid climatic zones, where the cooling with nozzles (cheaper) fails to obtain a sufficient yield.
For piglets and weaners is recommended create areas of heated floor (to water or electrically) to create the optimal zones of comfort for the animals and at the same time minimize the energy consumption of farm.

We realize heating systems with radiant systems using winged pipes working with hot water. To realize this type of heating system, aluminum tubes with a high caloric output (about 150 Kcal / linear meter) have been designed: the DELTA pipes.
These tubes are treated by means of the corrosion protection with an anodizing process and are easy to install and guarantee a long service life. The passage of the heated water to the desired temperature ensures a uniform and controlled distribution. A winged tube heating system guarantees a greater uniformity of heat and a lower air speed (and consequently a greater welfare of the animals) inside the premises compared to the use of systems with air heaters.
