GREEN PASS CONTROL

With effect from 15 October 2021 until 31 December 2021 and in any case within the deadline for the end of the emergency, in compliance with Article 9-septies, par. 5, D.L. 52/2021, in Italy it will be mandatory to show the valid European COVID digital certificate (also known as Green Pass or Covid-19 Green Certification) to access even private companies.

Green Pass means certification proving:
• the status of vaccination against SARS-CoV-2 or
• recovery from SARS-CoV-2 infection, or
• carrying out a molecular (within 72 hours of access) or antigenic test rapid (within 48 hours of access) with a negative result for the SARS-CoV-2 virus.

In view of this legislation, our company will not be able to allow access inside of our factories (including offices) to anyone without the aforementioned certificate.

As for drivers without a valid Green Pass, they will not be able to attend the loading / unloading of the goods, as they will not be able to enter our internal loading / unloading area.

We therefore ask you to make sure that whoever you are instructed to go to at our company is in compliance with the regulations in force for counter the spread of Covid-19.
